We will never provide your data to third-parties without your explicit permission. You agree to pay for the service and use it properly. You agree that you have permission to email and text message everyone that you add to your account. We rely on very reputable third-parties for email and text delivery, Postmark and Twilio currently. We will do our best to ensure reminders are properly delivered but cannot be held responsible or liable for circumstances outside of our control. The service will work great for you but we can't be held liable in very unlikely event of a water landing. :)
