## Contact us

Email [info@volunteerreminder.com](mailto:info@volunteerreminder.com). A person at **Tall Timbers Group LLC** (Minnesota, USA), the company that runs VolunteerReminder, reads every message. Please include your organization name and the email you sign in with.

## For volunteers who got a text

Reminder texts are sent on behalf of the organization that added your number. Each text names that organization.

- Reply **STOP** to stop texts from VolunteerReminder. Reply **START** to turn them back on.
- Reply **HELP** for help.
- For a question about your shift, contact the organization directly. Other replies are read by the service, not by a person.

## For coordinators

- **Signing in:** use the emailed sign-in link, or your password if you set one, at [Sign in](/login). To set or change a password, go to Account → Security.
- **Setting up reminders:** add your volunteers, create a schedule, and choose how long before a shift reminders go out. [Pricing](/pricing) lists what each plan includes.
- **Something went wrong:** email us with the schedule or volunteer involved and roughly when it happened.

## Using VolunteerReminder from ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant

Connect VolunteerReminder from your assistant's app or connector directory and sign in on VolunteerReminder's Allow screen. The assistant can then read and change the roster, schedules and reminder settings you allow. Setup steps: [Set up with Claude or ChatGPT](/docs/agents).

To disconnect, open Account → Security → Connected assistants and press Revoke next to that assistant. It loses access right away. You can also remove VolunteerReminder in your assistant's settings.

## Privacy and deleting your account

Delete the account in the VolunteerReminder app (Settings → Delete account), or email [info@volunteerreminder.com](mailto:info@volunteerreminder.com) to have your account and roster permanently erased.
