Basic is $3/month (or $33/year), Deluxe is $9/month (or $90/year), Pro is $19/month (or $190/year). Prices are in USD, and you can cancel or pause anytime.
Are text (SMS) reminders included, or do they cost extra?
Text reminders are included on Deluxe and Pro as scheduled shift reminders (up to 60 volunteers, two texts per shift). It is not a bulk-text pipe. Competitors often charge per text.
How many volunteers can I have?
Basic covers up to 40 volunteers, Deluxe covers up to 60 volunteers, Pro covers up to 150 volunteers. Every plan allows unlimited schedules.
Do my volunteers need to install an app or create an account?
No. Reminders arrive as normal email, text messages, and calendar invites — there is nothing for volunteers to install, download, or log into.
